What a great Easter today was. Grateful for the miracle of this day and the knowing and  understanding of all  that Jesus Christ has done for me. Thankful That I stand with him at all times and in all things, just like he does for me.

MARATHON IV

.5 AM wake up   (one eye willy... still with me)

. yummm oatmeal (apple& cinnamon) oj, banana!

.freezing cold the whole day... never took off my jacket, ear muffs and gloves 

.Fun to run all over The District, Constitution Ave, Connecticut Ave, Dr C on 18Th

, The Capital, Howard, Wash monument, Hola to Anacostia Hood ect...

.Loved that feeling coming around the corner and seeing the finish line, it's amazing how much 

more energy you get with a crowed cheering you on! 4:30 YES!

                                               GREAT JOB FRIENDS!!! What a fun day!

San Deigo Rock n Roll  5:34    no idea what i was doing, just following the leader 

Honolulu 6:28   ALOHA! ran with a group, they likes to stop frequently for snakes, ditched them in the end.

Phoenix  Rock n Roll 5:05  only trained for the half and decided to do the full the day before!

Washington DC 4:30  best training yet!  national average for women 5 hrs/ men 4:30

LOVE race days!!! Lost track of the half's and minies....   known for jumping in the day before, there for no record for them

It only helps when you do it right...

Seriously FLOSSING will prevent bacteria from eating away at you GUMS and BONE.... Don't make so hard for yourself... when you shower do you only clean the front and back of your body???    DON'T forget to clean the side of your teeth!!!
